Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Vpn Era sells digital access and activation codes for third-party online services. All products are delivered electronically via email.
2. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the digital activation code has been delivered.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only in the following limited circumstances:
- The activation code was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our side
- The activation code is proven to be invalid or unusable due to our error
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incompatibility with your device, operating system, or location
- Third-party service issues, outages, or policy changes
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us at support@vpnera.com within a reasonable time after purchase and provide:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- A clear description of the issue
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout via Stripe.
6. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of service and investigation for potential fraud.
